Jamestown has a complete warm- and cold-weather setup on one campus. Six free dedicated outdoor courts sit beside Two Rivers Activity Center, while TRAC runs twice-weekly indoor open play, lessons, rentals, and tournaments through the winter.

Applied Digital Pickleball Courts

1501 5th Street NE, Jamestown, ND 58401. Six dedicated outdoor courts with permanent lines and nets are located on the TRAC campus beside Meidinger Splash Park. Summer play is free, and the courts can also be reserved for tournaments. Lights, restrooms, parking, nearby concessions, and multiple courts make this Jamestown's main outdoor gathering place.

Two Rivers Activity Center

1501 5th Street NE, Jamestown, ND 58401. TRAC sets up indoor pickleball on its multi-use courts Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. and again from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.; evening play uses the bubble. Nets are available. A daily pass costs $10 for adults, $8 for youth ages 3-21 and seniors 65+, or $25 for a family.

Pickleball Lessons in Jamestown

TRAC offers private and semi-private lessons for adults and youth. One-on-one sessions are tailored to a player's level and goals, while two- and three-player sessions work well for couples, friends, or siblings. Small-group instruction is also available for work teams, families, and school outings.

Leagues and Pickleball Events

The Jamestown Area Pickleball Club uses the six Applied Digital courts for organized summer play and tournaments. The 2026 Paddle Royale is scheduled for Friday, July 17, and the second Meet in the Middle tournament ran June 19-20 at the same outdoor complex.

TRAC's annual Holiday Doubles Tournament begins at 1:00 p.m. on December 27, 2026. Registration closes December 20; member pricing is $20 early or $24 regular, and nonmember pricing is $25 early or $30 regular. Divisions are separated by skill, with awards for first and second place. The next Luck of the Draw event is March 14, 2027, also at 1:00 p.m., and does not require a partner.

What Visiting Players Should Know

In summer, go to the Applied Digital courts at 1501 5th Street NE for six free, ready-to-play courts. The same address takes you to TRAC, so weather changes do not require driving across town. Outdoor court access remains free even when the adjacent splash park charges admission.

In cold or windy weather, use TRAC's Tuesday or Thursday 8:30-11:00 a.m. or 6:00-8:30 p.m. open play with a day pass. A group that needs a guaranteed court can reserve one for $30.75 per hour by calling 701-952-8722. Bring clean indoor shoes for TRAC and a paddle and balls for either setting.
